Terms of Use

Effective June 12, 2026

Welcome. These Terms govern your use of the What, Like It's Hard? website and products, operated by What, Like It's Hard?. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

What we offer

We sell digital education: courses, workshops, templates, tools, a membership community (the Guild), and one-on-one sessions. Some products are delivered instantly, some are live or scheduled, and some include ongoing access for as long as your membership is active.

No income or results guarantee

We teach skills and share what has worked for us. We do not promise any specific income, result, or outcome. What you earn or build depends on you, your effort, your market, and many things outside our control. Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice.

Payment, billing, and cancellation

Your account and conduct

Keep your login details secure and don't share paid access. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute our materials, and don't use the site or community to harass others or break the law.

Intellectual property

All course content, templates, tools, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are for your personal use. The curriculum is adapted with permission from its original author; the brand, look, and additions are ours. You may use what you build for your own business, but you may not repackage or resell our materials as your own.

Third-party tools

We point you to outside tools (like Claude, hosting, and payment services). Those have their own terms and we're not responsible for them.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
